Your initial consultation is a 1-hour meeting where we review your personal nutrition, lifestyle goals, health history questionnaire, food logs, past medical history, and any blood work if available. 

We will determine which areas of nutrition we need to focus on and if labs are necessary for you while setting short and long-term goals to create a blueprint for your individualized health program.
