Ingredients
1 cup of leftover brewed green tea
1 cup of plain, unsweetened coconut milk
⅔ cup of plain or vanilla whey protein powder
½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup of raw baby spinach
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
2 teaspoons of stevia powder
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
8 ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, place the tea, coconut milk, protein powder, blueberries, spinach, ground seeds, oil, stevia, cinnamon and ice. Process until smooth. Divide evenly into 2 glasses and serve.
