Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 cup pureed pumpkin 2 bananas (frozen)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!



Butternut Squash Smoothie glass

Butternut Squash Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/13 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower

  • 4 leaves Romaine (roughly chopped)

  • 3/4 cup Butternut Squash (frozen, cubed)

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)

  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 1/2 tbsps Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


Pumpkin Spice Warm Smoothie bowl

Pumpkin Spice Warm Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Water

  • 1/4 cup Oats (rolled)

  • 1/2 cup Pureed Pumpkin

  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

Directions

  • Add the water and oats to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 4 minutes. Add the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice and stir.

  • Add the pumpkin and oat mixture to a blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend carefully, allowing space for the heat to escape, until smooth and creamy. Serve warm and enjoy!


Cinnamon Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

Cinnamon Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet Potato (small, cut into cubes)

  • 1 cup Water (cold)

  • 1/4 cup Canned Coconut Milk

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen, plus additional fresh banana for optional topping)

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cauliflower

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

  • Steam the sweet potato for 10 to 12 minutes until very tender. Transfer to a plate or small baking sheet lined with parchment and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight until solid.

  • Add the frozen sweet potato and the remaining ingredients to a blender. Blend until very smooth.

  • Transfer the smoothie to a bowl. Top with the additional banana, if using. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple (medium, peeled and chopped)

  • 1/2 Banana (frozen)

  • 4 Ice Cubes

  • 2 tbsps Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 2 tbsps Oats

  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter

  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon (ground)

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
