First, let's take a look at the traditional PSL (16 oz):
2% Milk
Milk Foam
Steamed Hot
4 pumps of pumpkin sauce
Pumpkin spice topping
Whipped cream
First, choose your favorite non-dairy milk - almond or coconut, reduce pumpkin sauce to 1-2 pumps, pumpkin spice topping, and skip the whipped cream!
Gut-friendly, weight loss version: (8oz)
Almond or coconut milk
1-2 pumps of pumpkin sauce
Pumpkin spice topping
No whip
Stevia or monk fruit - vanilla flavored*
Starbucks carries powdered stevia in the raw but I find powder doesn't always mix well in cold drinks. Another option is to bring your own vanilla flavored stevia or monk fruit!
