Pomegranate Margarita Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup of 2% Greek yogurt or kefir

½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries

⅓ cup of pomegranate juice

1/ cup of plain whey protein powder

2 tablespoons of chopped nuts

1 teaspoons of grated lime peel

1-2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons of flaxseeds or chia seeds

2 teaspoons of stevia powder

½ cups of water

8 ice cubes



Instructions

- In a blender, combine the yogurt or kefir, blueberries, pomegranate juice, protein powder, nuts, lime peel, lime juice, flaxseed or chia seeds, stevia, water and ice cubes.
