It's fall which means pumpkin season! Today we are highlighting yet another classic recipe with a pumpkin twist.
Chickpeas and pumpkin nutritious powerhouses and are loaded with fiber to promote the good bugs in your gut microbiome! Hummus is so versatile and can be used in many ways. Some of our favorite ways are to to dip veggies, spread on bread, or even as a dressing for salad/pasta.
Check out this super easy pumpkin hummus recipe at home!
1/4 cup Pureed Pumpkin
1 cup Chickpeas (cooked, drained and rinsed)
1 Garlic (clove)
1/4 Lemon (juiced)
2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Add all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until a creamy consistency forms. Enjoy!
