With a foundation rooted in diverse clinical settings, Jessica refined her expertise at the University of Miami and served as the dietician for the University of Miami Football team. Her academic journey, culminating in both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, showcases her commitment to excellence. Sarah graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology. She is now completing her final semester to earn a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. She is also a certified classical Pilates instructor with experience training professional athletes to those working to rehabilitate chronic injuries.
Sarah helps her clients achieve their wellness goals by using a multi-faceted approach that combines food, movement, and lifestyle changes to adopt attainable habits. She enjoys helping clients struggling with weight challenges, autoimmune and autoinflammatory conditions, hormonal imbalances, and those looking to build healthy habits.
