Avoiding Fruit For Weight Loss?

Updated: Feb 10

There is so much misinformation when it comes to foods that are best for weight loss.

making diet in bowl

The one that bothers me the most is that fruit “is not good for you” or that they have “too much sugar” or “too many carbs”.

Have you ever thought this way?

The truth is that no one food can lead to weight gain....

Consistently consuming more calories than you burn does (no matter if it’s fruit, veggies, or salad).

Weight loss can be simple.

Here are three easy tips to get you started:

1. Eat foods you like. All foods fit! Restricting foods you love, even while on a weight loss journey, can cause feelings of deprivation and cause you to overeat later.

2.Use portion control

3.Include protein at every meal. Aim for 20-30g of protein per meal to retain lean muscle mass and to keep you satiated.
