You Still Need to Eat to Lose Weight!

Updated: Feb 10

Have you ever tried to lose weight before? The answer is likely, yes.

At NGN, we are about taking control of your health by setting realistic and sustainable goals.

Too often we see people taking drastic measures in order to lose weight. But here’s the thing, cutting your calories too low is actually counterproductive 💔

Real talk, even if you want to lose weight, you still need to EAT.

In order to reach your weight loss goals and keep it off for good, aim for a 300-500 caloric deficit.

Reminder that we NEVER, promote eating below your basal metabolic rate (BMR).

When you sign up with us, we guide you through what an appropriate deficit is for you based on your lifestyle. We take your favorite foods (and even desserts) into account when working together to make your weight loss FUN! ( Yes, it can be fun!)

Staying CONSISTENT with your plan will help you get to your goals.
