2 cups of 2% fat Greek yogurt
⅓ cup of plain or vanilla whey protein powder
½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of ground cloves
2 tablespoons of water
½ cup of canned 100% pure pumpkin
¼ cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
2 teaspoons of stevia powder
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
- In a bowl, place the yogurt, protein powder, pumpkin spice or cinnamon, and cloves. Add water and stir well. Distribute half of the yogurt mixture among 4 parfait glasses.
- In a large bowl, place the pumpkin, oats, stevia, and vanilla. Stir well to combine. Divide half of the pumpkin mixture among the parfait glasses. Repeat with the yogurt and the pumpkin mixture. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
