6 cups of baby mesclun green
2 cups of bean sprouts, such as alfalfa
1 cup of thinly sliced radishes or cucumber
1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
¼ cup of chopped almonds
1/ cup of cold green tea
3 Tablespoons of plain or vanilla whey protein powder
Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of grated lime peel
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
¼ tablespoon of salt
12 oz of cooked chicken breast or ½ pound of cooked shrimp
In a large bowl, mix the greens, sprouts, radishes or cucumbers, raspberries, and almonds.
In a blender, combine the tea, protein powder, oil, lime peel, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth. Drizzle over the greens. Top with chicken or shrimp.
